Joh 14:21 "He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him."
God has a wide circle of love for the whole world, so much so that He gave His Son for it (see John 3:16).
However, there is an inner circle of God's love which only those who trusts in the Savior experience.
Yet there is still a deeper and inner circle of His love which only those who obey the Lord's commands, among those who trusted in Him, especially experience. And it is to this circle of saved people whom the Lord will manifest Himself. They will experientially know more of Him in a special way.
