The devil is making every effort to prevent men and women from reading the Bible, God's Word. One of the ways he does this is by disseminating slanderous and injurious claims against the Bible.
The answer is "No!" On the contrary, reading the Bible makes one wise for salvation. A blessing is attached and promised to anyone who reads it and keeps its words.
