God's ideal form of government is an absolute monarchy under a perfectly righteous, just, holy and benevolent Man. Only the Lord Jesus qualifies. And God has determined to set this kind of government during the millennium.
In the meantime, before that time comes, we are to submit to every governing authority that God has established in our land. God has allowed the imperfect rule of imperfect men from generation to generation to show that man's only hope for a perfect government is a theocracy under Him in the person of the Lord Jesus.
Every ruler that will come into the scene will surely disappoint eventually, one way or another.
But for now, democracy is better than communism. It is better than anarchy. A bad government is better than no government at all.
In Democracy, we are free to practice Christianity and we are allowed to voice out our grievances to our government, peacefully and respectfully of course. But the best form of government is the government of the absolute monarchical rule of the Lord Jesus Christ.
And it will come eventually as prophesied.
